We consider real estate agents and brokers to be intergral partners in our property management business.  We partner with real-estate agents throughout the valley to manage their clients' properties and turn them back over to the refering real estate agent when their clients are ready to sell.  We are in the business of managing real estate and not selling it.

We manage the details of this process through our property management software.  Once we receive a property to manage from a real estate agent we identify the agents name and contact information during the property set-up process (see red oval below). 

So, at some point in the future when the owner or investor is ready to sell,  we will notify the realtor identified in our system.
