Rental Application - To expedite the leasing process please print this rental application. Fill in all of the blanks to ensure efficient processing.
Co-signer Agreement - The party co-signing with the resident, whether parent, guardian, or friend, accepts full responsibility for the actions of the resident. Although the Co-signer shall not be required to sign the actual rental agreement, any financial obligations must be met promptly (in the event of default).
Release of Information - This form authorizes Assurance Property Management, Inc. to conduct criminal background checks, check credit and research other information necessary for lease approval.
